Empowering clients for profitable growth, Whit Pepper is an expert in organizational strategy and restructures, customer relations management (CRM), sales process development, bid and presentation leadership, skills training and transformation of commercial culture. He has client portfolios and board directorships in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Australia. He founded Mayfair Ranch in London in 2012 and opened the Texas office in 2014.
Prior to establishing Mayfair Ranch, he was with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) based in Australia, serving in a number of leadership capacities in or supporting the firm’s executive group for almost 10 years. His focus was on improving business unit performance and growing the firm’s revenues.
As Principal and Head of Client Development he had an annual revenue responsibility exceeding US $1.5 billion. He developed PwC‘s ClientStream CRM software system and Winning with Clients, a business development/negotiating skills program for professional services.
He spent a high percentage of his time in Europe and Asia helping to build the firm’s strategic and tactical competitive capabilities in more than 20 countries. He has had considerable experience working in China, Japan, Russia, and throughout Europe.
Before PwC, Whit had been in senior sales and marketing management roles in the defense, engineering, industrial products, technology and economic development industries.
A native Texan, Whit earned a Master’s of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School (Australia) and a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Davidson College. While at PwC, he was selected for, and attended, executive education and development programs at both Harvard Business School in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) in Sydney.
